IT Support for Mac and PC
Our IT support services enable schools and colleges to call upon our technical services as and when required. We ensure that customers have direct access to our technical support desk which is manned by highly trained and knowledgeable staff, who work alongside our Apple Certified engineers who provide on-site support.

Weekly on-site engineer visits can be arranged as part of a support contract.

Active Directory
We can also provide consultation and configuration services for Active Directory integration of Apple Mac clients and servers.

Hourly or daily on-site services can be booked for a range of technical issues or installation and configuration work.

GBM Care
We can provide a variety of support contracts to suit the individual requirements of schools and colleges, with on-site engineers, delivery and collection services, loan equipment and direct access to our telephone support desk. Our support terms range from one to five years, giving peace of mind.
