Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 is a one day course, to introduce creating and maintaining basic websites, using Adobe Dreamweaver’s power ful yet friendly inter face.

Dreamweaver CS3 to build intuitive, attractive and accessible web sites.

Students should have the following prerequisite knowledge prior to attending this course:

Getting Started Dreamweaver interface and tools; Creating a website; Getting help.
Techniques for basic web sites Addingg content; Controlling document structure; Making lists; Adding rules; Adding special characters; Working with and formatting text; Inserting line breaks; Setting font attributes; Changing background and link colours; Inserting a rollover; Using images as backgrounds; Using Flash; Adding text links; Adding links to graphics; E-mail links.
Site Set-Up Creating a new site; Importing an existing site; Creating new files and folders; Specifying local folder information; Specifying remote host information; Connecting and uploading to a server; Updating and deleting files; Using the Assets panel; Adding assets to the Favorite list; Grouping assets.
Images and Graphics Inserting images; Assets panel; Editing images; External image editor; Image placeholders; Image rollovers.
Introducing Forms Forms overview; Positioning Form Elements, text fields, password fields, multiple line fields, checkboxes,radio buttons etc; Validating a form; Forms and CSS.
Site Maintenance Testing your site; Maintaining your files and folders; Connecting to a remote site; Synchronising files.
